Call and text on other devices

I am from Pakistan. I have A52 and S24+. I have turned on the call and text feature on both the phones but it is not working. Both the phones are on same wifi have same samsung account. The call and phone options do not have the other device name.

From my understanding, that won't work between phones. Only phone to galaxy book or phone to galaxy tablet.

This only works between a capable Samsung phone and a capable Samsung Galaxy tab. Works perfectly fine with my two Galaxy tabs than I have but will not work with my other multiple older Samsungs I had before my S24 ultra.

That's whack, i was hoping to be able to use my s24 that's carrier locked to a carrier that doesn't get service coverage at my house, they won't unlock my sim and I have an s 22 ultra that ido have working service at home
