Worried about accidentally poked the lower microphone of my S24 Ultra with sim ejector tool

Hey! So I accidentally poked the lower microphone of my samsung s24 Ulta with sim ejector tool 🙄😓 as I was trying to put my sim inside the sim tray. I've been very worried since then if I have damaged my microphone or maybe the waterproof layer or any other technical stuff that's found there. If anyone with similar experience has some insight on this please respond.

Is there need to worry about water resistance 😓 or something like that? Or even microphone working properly?

Did you push it in hard, or stop when you felt resistance? How do you mistake the microphone hole for the SIM tray opening? Does the microphone work? As for the water resistance, are you planning on immersing your phone or do you have a habit of spilling things on it? If the microphone works, I wouldn't worry too much about damage.

You have nothing to worry about, you didn't touch the microphone. It's physically impossible because it is mounted at a right angle in the slot specifically to prevent that from happening.

I had stopped by little resistance , Mic tested and works good , My S24 Ultra just new only two weeks and S24 Ultra May be used in different conditions and weather.

Mic is set at an angle just because of stuff like this, absolutely nothing to worry about as it's impossible to damage the mic in such a way.

You don't have anything to worry about. There is a YouTube channel called ‘JerryRigEverything’ and he(Zack) does teardown videos of smartphones and other devices. He has a video where he does a teardown of the S24 Ultra. The title of the video is ”How much ‘Titanium’ is Samsung *actually* using? - NO SECRETS HERE!“. At the 3:30 mark of the video, with the phone disassembled, he shows and explains why there is nothing to worry about, because it's actually impossible to hit the microphone with the sim ejector tool.
