Microphone not working

Since last week, I am not able to use the microphone with voice recorder, google translator, voice messages, Line messages, WhatsApp messages.
But I can still record videos with sound and voice. Today I installed the latest security patch, and tried starting the phone in Safe mode, all to no avail.
Is anyone experiencing the same issues?
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE - Model SM-S721U
Android Version 14 -

There are multiple mics. Sounds like the mic by the Sim tray is no longer working. You didn't by chance accidently stab it trying to remove the Sim tray?

Either way, you will need a new USBc charging assembly.

No, I did not try to remove de Sim tray. I was for quite some today with a Samsung tech, and she did several tests and could not find what the problem is. Recommended to have it checked at a Samsung service center.

Update... Followed a recommendation found in YouTube. It was some debris inside the microphone hole, it was obstructed, I blew it, and it's now working again.

I have same problem on my S24FE .

It's very trouble making and very frustrated issue, samsung should solve this ASAP.

I have 02 mobile same model: A06, microphone issue with any mobile calling app like imo,, WhatsApp messages.
when i call any person via application, Listener saying "can you close your phone because your voice is breaking, disturbance"
but when i call with SIM microphone working normal.
i was try every possible method like reset wifi, reset network, factory reset, wipe data (hard flash) but...
Please solve this problem.
