Thank you all for your replies. I found the solution. It was a problem with one of my accounts; it needed verification. Since I work with many emails, I couldn't find which one it was, but when I put the phone in secure mode (for the second time), it told me the specific email.

Also put the phone in safe mode. Also cleared cache on play store app. Then i cleared the cache of all the google apps. And nothing worked. Does someone has a solution for this. If yes please help.
Sure. You might wait a while as it could be a Google glitch that for your phone that they repair when you try an update later.

You can backup your data by Samsung Smart Switch or USB Flash drive and reinstall if you have to factory reset.

Cheers
3Fees

Factory reset will not fix it most likely it's a connection issue and or Google server bug it's basically in general terms the security side of play store and apps only suggested idea I can think of is do a soft reset just clears your phone cache and memory little better than a restart by itself
