    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&amp;nbsp; Here's the problem.&amp;nbsp; I no longer own the phone.&amp;nbsp; I returned it to Best Buy because I realized it was not going to work for me and I had only 14 days to return it.&amp;nbsp; At the same time, I wanted to report the problem to Samsung and explain the reason for the return.&amp;nbsp; The store manager suggested I go to the Samsung website and use the Contact Us link.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You know where that got me.&amp;nbsp; I would not mind re-purchasing the phone if there is a solution.&amp;nbsp; I have to assume that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem.&amp;nbsp; I would also like the assurance that another model of the S24 would not have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
