User Guide doesn't work

Clicking on the User Guide in Settings leads to site that says the manual isn't available in my selected language.

The issue isn't with obtaining the manual, the issue is with the option to view it in the phone's settings.

You seem to have a good grasp of English, so I guess you should have no problem reading the manual on the phone. Also, if you download a manual in your preferred language, you will still be able to read it on your phone. What difference does it make if you read it from the phone's settings, or in a PDF file, as long as you can read it?
