      <description>I think Google considers YouTube to be a core app, like Calendar, Gmail, Search and Contacts. Android can't remove it, but you can hide it in your app drawer. You can disable it.</description>

      <description>It's a requirement from Google to have the Play Store and services installed on phones. Google has a list of apps that much be installed and no way to uninstall them without root permissions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I loathe the GMail app and the best I can do is disable it.</description>
