Different model and serial numbers are made for different markets. Good lock is not available for some countries (it may change with 1 UI 7) and it will not show up in Galaxy Store regardless of taking the phone to a region that has Good lock. Sometimes, if you install a SIM card from an unsupported country, it changes the firmware on the phone, preventing access to region-locked applications.
