    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, you refuse to do the suggested thing that may solve your issue, but you continue to moan. What makes you think the Samsung techs don't know what they are talking about, but somehow you know better?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, you should not be getting any notification sound other than your phone ringing. As another user suggested, it may very well be your downloaded sound causing confusion, so you can try deleting that sound. You could also try deleting the phone's cache partition to clear out any junk. It will not harm anything or reset your settings, it will untangle anything that may be causing this. Also, stop mucking around in the system apps, they are hidden for a reason. The phone apps are not three separate apps, they are three components of the same app. There should be no reason to mess with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
