Sleep mode in Samsung Health

Have anyone been getting this sleep health on their phones basically just sets an alarm for you and has some kind of now bar notification on the lock screen

This small now bar thing do dose it come up on your phone too it's like monitoring my sleep at least that's what it said in the beta in my samsung health just wondering if other people got it too

That's the sleep mode widget to turn sleep mode on or off. I can see in the status bar that you turned sleep mode on. It's not tracking your sleep. Sleep tracking is done by a watch or ring. If you don't have one of those your sleep can't be tracked. Putting the phone in sleep mode performs certain actions like put on do not disturb, so notifications or calls don't disturb your sleep, and greys out the screen so it doesn't hurt your eyes if you need to look at the phone if you wake up. You can remove the widget if you want, but you need to tap it if you want to turn sleep mode off, or you will be wondering why you are not getting calls or notifications

There's is no way for it to track your sleep if you do not have a watch or ring. That message is asking you if you were asleep during that time period because you had sleep mode on. The phone has no physiologic sensors.
