topic eSim issue with enter secondary IMEI in Galaxy S24

So I purchase a brand new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra UNLOCKED (SM-S928B/DS) and I prefer using the eSim (Better Network stability)but when I enter the secondary IMEI in any of the carriers app they tell me theirs a issue with the IMEI, so I called the carriers and they told me to call Samsung because I didn't have a account with them, and after about 43mins of being on hold, listening to elevator music I'm told that my device isn't compatible in this region(USA), mind you I have a Sim Card under IMEI 1 from Boost Mobile and it works wonders, super fast no drop calls and the network coverage is awesome, but why can't I use my eSim????
