For example sometimes I can use my voice mail phone system and sometimes I cannot, i.e. sometimes it responds to numeric keys sometimes not.&nbsp; Same goes for other phone answering systems. But, for example my Dr's phone answering system never responds to the numeric keypad but always works with my wife's apple phone.
