&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Restart Your Device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Update Messenger: Ensure you have the latest version of the Messenger app installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Check for Software Updates: Make sure your Samsung device's operating system is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Clear Messenger Cache and Data:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to your phone's settings and open the application manager.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tap on Messenger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tap on "Storage".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tap on "Clear Cache" and then "Clear Data".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Reinstall Messenger: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Messenger app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the last week or so, if I'm on messenger and my s24 ultra switches to landscape then back to portrait, screen goes black for about 20-30 seconds, and will erase anyessage im currently typing.. soon after the last security update is when it started actually&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
