Disable video call effects notification?

when im in a whatsapp call im getting this notification.

is there a way to disable that notification or permanently uninstall video call effects?

phone is not letting me to disable its notifications nor uninstalling it. its greyed out.

Go to Settings>Notifications>Advanced Settings>Manage Notification Categories For Each App and ensure that switch is turned on.
THEN, either long press on that notification from WhatsApp, and select Settings, then Notification Categories on the following screen, then you should see the particular category on the next screen flash a single time (indicating which type of notification it is), then turn that off and it shouldn't appear any longer.

as i said, its greyed out. cant change video call effects app notification settings.

That's the only way I know how to. If the option to do so is greyed out, then there may not be a way to change it. At least that I know of.

SOLUTION:

run this line with adb:

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.vtcamerasettings
