I'm using e-sim.</P> <P>when trying to save a contact via pressing the persons profile page and pressing save, choose&nbsp;save to: phone. the contact is not visible under any category. see picture: why is this? the contact is labeled as:&nbsp;<STRONG>Phone (Phone)</STRONG></P> <P><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20250330_191729_Contacts[3296].png" style="width: 217px;"><img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1236236i687CE1F06A3A2143/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20250330_191729_Contacts[3296].png" alt="Screenshot_20250330_191729_Contacts[3296].png" /></span></P> <P>but when saving again from profile page and this time pressing&nbsp;<STRONG>add information&nbsp;</STRONG>then saving to phone. then the contact is visible under Phone. its labeled as:&nbsp;<STRONG>Phone storage</STRONG></P> <P>1 - why are they being saved to different locations even though I choose save to phone?</P> <P>2 - why aren't <STRONG>Phone (Phone) </STRONG>contacts visible in that picture?
