    <description>&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hello luisDiaz, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with&amp;nbsp; wanting to switch providers on your device. MCK Code is needed after trying to guess or enter the wrong network unlock code a few times. If you continue entering incorrect codes, there is a real risk that the phone will become deadlocked to the original network, making it impossible to be used with any other SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Have you received a network unlock code and have entered it so that your phone can be used with a different carrier?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
