    <description>&lt;P&gt;I know accessing Outlook through other mail readers has been an issue, so I'm putting my money on it being a Microsoft issue. I gather you are having an issue either accessing Outlook mail in chrome or having chrome open links in outlook. In either case, since I've heard about other issues with Outlook, I'm thinking Microsoft got something wrong. Generally speaking, if there's an issue with two non-Samsung apps not playing nice, one can assume the fault lies with one of those apps. You said it was fine in Samsung internet, so we can rule out Samsung or the phone itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
