I had the same problems. Yes samsung throttle it down drastically when the phone is warm. It sucks. I even went to put the phone outside for a little to get it cold then charge. It fixed it. I have a cable thay reads the charging speeds so I know 💯 its the heat from the phone that's slowing down the charging speed. I get 44 45 with the phone cold and the battery dead. At like 30 40 percent battery you won't get that 45 wat charging speed anymore. Its still fast but the only way u getting the full 45 is like below 40. Or 30. I forgot which one it was but below that. And at normal battery level it maxes oit the charge speed to like 20 percent when its at like 70 percent. Same official sansung charger and cable. 65 watt one
