Agreed. This is so frustrating. I hope they fix this soon in an update. Really makes me want to go back to my iPhone because of it.

This is a major issue for me. I'm a new user of hearing aids. Like earbuds, my hearing aids connect to my phone via Bluetooth. When I'm talking on the phone, my hearing aid mics pick up my voice AND all ambient noise. Without Voice Focus (called Voice Isolation in iPhones) that entire field of ambient sound is transmitted to my listener. They cannot clearly hear my voice.

To talk on the phone in any area with noise, eg., walking on a busy street, driving in my car, etc., I really MUST have a Voice Focus / Voice Isolation / Clear Calling feature that works with my Bluetooth hearing aids to block background noise around me from reaching my listener's ears.

I'm also having this issue and really hope Samsung will get the message to fix this. This seems to me like it would be a very simple fix corporate Bluetooth headsets such as blue parrots etc. I am a truck driver and these new modern trucks have all sorts of buzzers and whistles and bells that are constantly going off and we tend to talk to people driving down the road and they are very distracted listening to all those said noises.

Please Samsung fix this otherwise like most people here I will considering switching to an iPhone has it is that important of a feature.

Same issue, i've been a long time Samsung user but now contemplating to switch to ios because of this dumb issue. I recently need to be on calls while on the go (traveling) and find the bluetooth to be completely unusable as the other person on the call can hear too much noise. Samsung please fix this!
