I am going to address some of your complaints with a fix to one.

To make tour quick panel and notifications together again. Pull down from top left to access quick panel, tap on the pencil icon and go to panel settings, toggle on together.

The app drawer the search bar being on the bottom, can't be changed. You will get use to it.
One Ui 7 is designed most as bottom up, makes reaching with your thumbs easier than reaching to the top. You will get use to it.

Most people who have larger phones, even A series phones are on the larger side want it there because it is reachable. Phone's shouldn't be top down, bottom up is more practical.

I love this approach, especially with the Quick Panel being customizable.
I have moved the things I use the most to the bottom, Wifi, Bluetooth, media player are all where I can reach with my thumbs.

I don't know how long it's been since you have updated your device, as with any major update it takes 10-14 days to relearn your usage patterns. It will get better.

To improve your battery, turn on light in performance profile. Periodically close apps you aren't using. Device Care is your friend, clear memory a couple times a day.

Check for app updates every day, both in the Playstore and Galaxy Store.

Make sure Google Play System updates are installed, this will fix the Google side of things.

When you get any kind of system update, whether from Samsung or Google Play System, after the update do a wipe cache partion.

S24 ultra battery drains faster.

Cannot do quickshare with ease through text messages for photos and videos.

Top down pull for settings and alerts on two side makes it more difficult to get use to.

The pull up settings for apps search bar on the bottom instead of the top. Why?

not to express anything but have patience if you have read anything on any website about the update you would know they pulled it the other day, to fix the issues and then they are starting to resume anyone who got the update before who is affected just needs to relax take a breath and within the next couple days they're going to have an update for you guys as well to get to the new software that should be a little less bug free, but this is why I laugh when people want to get into betas and then immediately update to the newest operating system once it comes out, I used to be like that then I learned to just breathe and relax let there be a week or two when the update comes out to just let the quirks get worked out,

Hi... for the first...the battery will probably get better once it adapts to the new update.

I don't use quick share much, so not sure about no. 2.

For the third, pull down your quick settings, tap the pencil on top, then choose panel settings on top left and pick together. Things will be back as you like them.

And for the fourth, they moved the search to the bottom for easier reachability.

Hope this helped

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. I tried them. My main concern is the battery draining faster and the quickshare through messenges, especially for videos. Better quality on the videos through that approach.

Using quick share in messages is a link to your video that has a 48hr window to either just watch or download.
What has changed in quick share?

Please tell me how your comment addresses the issues with the bugs in the updates?

To be able to do things with one hand? The search bar was in top I have a big enough hand to reach it on the top lol. The bottom is for small hands or a small phone perhaps?

Have a great night!

You asked: Why is the bar on the bottom instead of top now?
I said: it is on the bottom now because it is One UI 7 (One Handed User Interface 7) That should clarify it for you, hopefully.. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

It is not one handed. When both hands are needed to pull down notifications on the left side and right side system settings as well. Especially with a larger phone, like a S24 ULTRA OR FOLD 6.
