topic Broken Live Notifications logic in Galaxy S24

Live Notifications logic is fully broken when you press "Clear" button.

First of all, Media Player can't be cleared when in use(music is playing or video on YouTube is live). This is huge plus. Next step, all live notifications(Samsung Health and Voice Recorder at least) can be cleared when in use(except Music player),after this they go to "common" notification style(Samsung health do this, Voice Recorder completly gone away).

How it should be? All live notification should be on their places when you press "Clear" button, not depending on state: they are in use or not(like Media player)

Example: https://imgur.com/a/sZTQW7O
