<title>topic One UI 7 – Location Icon Always On in Galaxy S24</title>
    <link>https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S24/Location-service-stays-on-consistently-after-one-ui-7-update/m-p/3196600#M87199</link>
<description>&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 17px;"&gt;After updating my S24 Ultra to One UI 7, the location icon in the Quick Settings panel is almost always on. I understand apps like Google Play services or Weather might use it in the background, but this constant activity wasn't visible before. If this is normal, the new indicator is more aggressive than it used to be and might cause concern about battery drain. If it’s a bug causing location services to run excessively, please fix it. A factory reset didn’t help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
