Pictures not loading on gallery

Anyone else got this problem? After the update, all photos taken in Camera app won't load, can't be shared or edited in the gallery app (They dont show up on other apps neither, instagram, WhatsApp etc) I already did anything i could think of, cleared chache, forced a stop on both apps, reset setting on camera, looked for new camera and gallery app updates, reset the phone and nothing. I even tried using google photos or one drive as gallery but new pictures taken with the samsung camera wont appear because they keep loading and "processing". I dont know what else to do this is literally making my camera app useless cause even though i can take pictures just fine they wont load so i cant do anything with them, i already talked with the technical support and they asked me to do all the things i did again and it stills the same, they suggest to post it in here and someone would reach out to me, please i caaant

Also when i try to click on anything ALL buttons get grayed out, the only thing that works is the delete and fav button. This is a galaxy s24+

Oh that's very stressful. Sounds like you had an incomplete transfer of your photos. May I recommend backing up to cloud to prevent loss in the future? Google photos is my fav for this.

What I would do to try to recover your photos is try to fully reset your phone and then redownload your data through smart switch.

Thank you! I tried backing up with Google Photos and it didn't work, but it worked with OneDrive! I never thought of that I was going crazy, thank you so much😊

You're very welcome. I lost all the photos of the first years of life of 3 kids in a single hard drive loss. I swore it would never happen again. So happy you were able to retrieve your photos!

Google is about the cheapest, if you go in your settings you can choose what folders to back up and whether or not it has permission to use background data and mobile or wifi these are typically the settings in the way of efficient back ups. Just my 2 cents on the service 😊

I open my gallery and I have to wait for the pictures to load. Ever since the one UI 8 update things aren't right. Including battery drain. Oh and if I restart my phone all my settings in the phone reset.

Same thing in browsers now, no pics or videos shown
