Routine not running

Extend unlock in 'Lock screen and AOD' rarely works. I have calibrated and tried all the troubleshooting many times so I've turned to creating a routine so that my phone will remain unlocked while on my home wi-fi. Attached are screenshots. Customization is on. 'Car phone unlocked' runs but 'Phone unlocked AT home' never runs. I do not use Bixby. What am I missing?d AT home'.

I've set modes instead of routines to do the same things. Phone unlocked when arriving at home location or when connected to car. My tablet is unlocked when connected to home WiFi.

Did you select the network you have to be connected to for the phone to be unlocked? I can't tell if you blanked it out or just didn't select it.

Thank you that worked perfectly! I was even able to schedule the times to run it because it is a battery drain.
