Make them Consistent, fix the Corner Radius, Center the Details within, and most importantly introduce some Borders.

Just look at Device Care. Seriously, how is that Final?

Be sure to send Feedback to Samsung. I already have done the same.

A lot do noise was made about Animations and they improved significantly. It can be done with the Widgets.
