    <description>Because this is the third one! The first two had issues and after a couple weeks with the first one I exchanged it for another one which gave me problems pretty much right away so I exchanged that one and got this one. This one had problems as well but after a month of not having a reliable phone, I just settled to deal with this one which the problems weren't as bad as the other two. I was dealing with a lot of stuff at the time (work injury so doctors/job/workers comp etc) and I needed a phone. I had already missed a bunch of deadlines because I wasn't getting notifications properly or wasn't able to send things in a timely manner. When I say I wasn't able to return it, I mean I wasn't able to just outright return it- not a warranty exchange</description>
