    <description>That's the issue. They aren't active as im not using at the time I clear them. They shouldn't be taking up that much of the ram if im not actively using them or even one or twice in a week for a few seconds. Also, ram helps by caching data commonly used to keep the system snappy when using the same programs over and over again. The amount they cached is the issue, not the amount that is used when running. If I'm not using these applications actively, why can't I clear them and have that now cleared space taken up by another application that needs it?</description>
