      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S24 256gb from Amazon Renewed a few weeks ago. I thought all was going well until I realized I wasn't receiving any updates. I went to check for updates in the settings and got this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Your current software version isn't supported. Visit a service center.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update information • One UI version: 6.1 . Android version: 14 • Current version: S921USQS3AXFC / S921U1OYM4AYB3 / S921USQS3AXFC • Security patch level: July 1, 2024"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what's going on? How do I get my phone to update? The s24 is supposed to have another 6ish years of updates..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you sure that Amazon sold you a phone built for use in the USA? An international version would be incompatible with the US update. You need to check the phone's model name in Settings &amp;gt; About phone and see if it's a domestic phone.</description>

      <description>Theres a imei checker to see if clear or blocked fir some reason if that made sense anyway what my thought was it could be locked still to the original user or perhaps and just a guess not paid off</description>

      <description>I just Googled your phone's model number and it is a US phone. You should take this problem to your carrier, they are responsible for updating your phone.</description>

      <description>Yeah please mines refurbished aswell and apparently '' fully unlocked '' someone said it's probably because I don't have a sim card, I'm hoping that's what the issue is and I have no idea who my carrier is or how to check.
