&lt;P&gt;When you talked to the hearing aid company, did you talk to the developers? or first level support team? I think that you might have to get on a call with them so that they can troubleshoot with you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do want to check Samsung support, for immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -&amp;gt; Support -&amp;gt; Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another option is to contact Samsung support via &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
