    <description>With all due respect, hogwash.&lt;BR /&gt;It's always a new chip, improved display, sometimes a better modem. Everyone's update schedule is different, while you might have last yrs model, most people are on 3, or 4 year cycles.&lt;BR /&gt;When they update they don't want last years model, unless they want to save money.</description>
