topic [SMC-Design]#3 The tale of two Galaxies! in Galaxy S25

Over the past two days, I’ve been using the brand-new Galaxy S25 Ultra and exploring all its new features and updates, especially the camera improvements, and working on my own S25 review. One of the most obvious changes this year is its fresh design. While it still retains many similarities to previous models and continues the legacy of the Galaxy Note, it also introduces a new design philosophy to the S line, creating a more unified look across the entire lineup.

The S25 design might not appeal to everyone right away, but it’s clean and understated, with beautiful, subtle colors that aren’t too flashy. It both looks and feels great.

Why is this the tale of two Galaxies? Well, here’s how I see it: when the Note phones evolved into the S Ultra level devices, they gradually shifted closer to the S Series year after year. This year, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, that transformation feels complete. It has fully embraced its identity as a true S Series flagship within the product lineup. In my opinion.
