That’s a good question but I don’t think it will transfer over since it was removed from the shop.

What you can do, download Astro file manger, create a backup of TikTok app, then it will transfer over as an APK file . You will be able to find it in Samsung files app, under backups. Have been doing this for yrs with side loaded apps.

TLDR: yes, it will transfer just fine.
I have this meme app I've been on for about a decade and it was removed from play store around 4-6 years ago because the dev stopped updating it. I've had ~5 new phones since it was removed from store and Samsung Smart switch moved it over every time. I don't see any reason TikTok wouldn't.
In any case, Smart switch doesn't wipe the previous phone or anything so even if it doesn't work you can move the APK like people are saying, or worst case scenario just keep it as a TikTok only phone.

Smart Switch will transfer apps that are compatible with your new device, but it won't transfer apps that are obsolete or no longer available on the Play Store (if you're switching to an Android device).
