    <description>No. Paid subscription just gives you access to tools such as healing brushes and masking. If you want a mobile app from Adobe that is for video, you want Adobe Rush. But I would go with VN Editor. It free and does a lot. There's better ones out there that you can pay for such as Luma Fusion. But I use VN and get pretty good results</description>
