    <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Galaxy Store (the store app is already on the device), search for and download "Good Lock". Open it then then get the plugin "QuickStar". Open QuickStar, toggle it "On" and while there, click on the section "Clock Settings" and choose the time format that fits best.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
