Do you keep your network connections active overnight - mobile data & wi-fi? I believe wi-fi has to be on (some people turn it off). Are you sure the settings for auto backup weren't somehow turned off? If everything is set correctly, put in an error report in from the support tab of the members app. Also, if the wi-fi is on and no backups are being made, try wiping the cache partition on the phone. There may be some temporary file remnants hanging around jamming up the works.
