Hi! Can we please return the option on the Bluetooth Location menu to have Bluetooth on "All the Time" not "Only When App is in Use".

Let me provide some context. This is an issue for Android users who have Teslas. My phone has stopped automatically linking to my car when I walk up and this is frustrating when this is a nice feature when you're walking alone in a parking lot. There have been times I have been stuck outside my car for several minutes waiting for Bluetooth to reconnect due to toggle it on/off to reestablish a connection. This has also locked me out of my car because I left my phone inside and walked away and the Bluetooth has stopped connecting.

I have reached out to Tesla and they have advised that it's a Android problem. The location permission does not allow Bluetooth to remain on for security reasons. This feature does works seamlessly with iPhone but I do not want to make that switch. I've been a loyal Samsung users for 10+ years!

Can you please look into this?

Thank you kindly!
