Both asked me to go to Settings | apps and hit Reset App settings.&nbsp;</P><P>I was wary but did it. It turned off notifications for all apps. Had to go into each app in setting and re-enable them which was a right pain because the list is long. Things do seem a bit better but still not getting alot of push notifications.
