    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were able to connect it to other Samsung phones, obviously the watch is not defective.&amp;nbsp; There may be an issue with the S25 and connecting the watch.&amp;nbsp; Did you remove the watch from the other phones before connecting it to the S25?&amp;nbsp; It's one phone per watch, but you can have multiple watches on a phone.&amp;nbsp; When trying to connect the watch to the S25, did you use the "transfer watch to new phone" method or just try to connect it as new?&amp;nbsp; If all else fails, you need to put in an error report with Samsung so they can identify the issue and give guidance.&amp;nbsp; If you are unaware, error reporting can be done through the support tab of the members app.&amp;nbsp; Choose send feedback, choose your device, describe your issue, allow the logs to be uploaded (this can take a while, and you cannot close the members app until the log upload is complete).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
