Terrible sound on Bluetooth-connected music devices with my Galaxy S25 Ultra. This needs a serious fix—how do we escalate this? I’ve tested multiple headphones and earbuds, and they all have the same exact issue. Yet, they work perfectly fine on Windows.

Every audio source—audiobooks, offline music, Spotify—has a grainy, hiccuping sound every 5-10 seconds, if not more. It’s like something in the background keeps messing with the sound settings. I’ve turned off all the useless dynamic sound features, but it still won’t go away. There’s also a small but sharp click that pops into my ears—not subtle at all. This happens whether I’m sitting still or moving around.

I’ve owned many Samsung devices and I’m pretty tech-savvy, so I know it’s not my settings or the Bluetooth devices themselves—they worked fine on my Galaxy S23. But as soon as I connect them to my S25 Ultra, the problem starts. If I switch them to my computer? Perfect, no issues.

I can’t even judge the audio quality because this constant blunder is so distracting I can’t listen to anything for more than a minute. Social media apps and everything else have the same problem. Is this really a software issue? If so, it needs to be fixed ASAP.

My return window has already passed because Samsung took forever processing my trade-in. Now I don’t even know what my options are. This is beyond frustrating.
