S25 ultra - Ultra wide lens making noise with vibration

When using camera, while using ultra wide lens, its vibrating and making noise
I think its the focus motor
Anybody facing noise with vibration while using ultra wide camera in S25 ultra?
My model is Samsung S25 ultra 512GB

S25 Ultra camera jitters and makes a noise

So I've been having this problem with my camera straight out of the box when I received my s25 ultra, everh time i open the camera app the camera jitters in and out and make a loud noice even when zooming in and out i can sometimes get q clear picture but its very annoying to have to wait minutes for my camera to fix itself every time, has anyone else experienced this? Mine always does it? It doesn't let me upload videos so all I have is a picture

I've also got in contact with samsung they sent me to a certified repair shop they turned me around and said since it's so new just have them send you a new phone out of warranty because it's obviously a manufacturer defect but now samsung says they won't unless I mail my phone in to do another diagnostic test that is just gonna prove the same thing, I told them I didn't have a spare phone to use while they take how ever long to receive this phone and send it back I asked if they can simply send a new phone and I will mail this one back so they can do tests on it or refurbish it what ever they need to do, I was told that can't be done so I'm afraid I'm stuck with the phone 😞

It's under warranty so I don't see problem with getting fixed

I think it might be a software issue. Mine was fine out of the box for the first couple weeks until they rolled out the last software update. Then I started having the same thing happen, but it's not always so I'm fine with waiting for the next software update to see if it gets fixed.

I'm facing the same issue for past few days. First, it appeared during video when i was shifting wide to ultra wide camera it was creating a voice and lens distortion. Now, it is unable to capture macro shots in one go. I literally has to take 5 or more photos for it be take focus on macro shots. Do you any solution on it? Have you visited the care?

It is not an software issue. It is definitely a manufacturing defect

Same issue! May be due to latest software update! Hopefully Samsung may fix it with an update!

Telephoto Camera moving in S25 ultra

Telephoto camera (3rd camera) is moving while not using camera, It moves with phones movement. It may be normal but I bought 2-S25 ultra in my one Galaxy s25 ultra, Its not moving while in other S25 ultra its moving. is it something to worry about? This is my first time using Samsung devices, so please someone guide me.

I've been facing the same issue with my S25 Ultra (512GB JetBlack).

This was after the update that I received on 2nd April.

Not even 2 months in, I got this issue on a flagship product. The service centre took a look and said they would only be replacing the camera hardware. There's no replacement phone.

When asked, what's the guarantee that this problem wont recur on replacement of camera, they had no answer!

Outrageous, losing my trust on such a big brand!

I was thinking where does this sound come from?

I've been using it since February, after I installed the latest update I noticed these sounds. Also it makes noise when you shake phone a little bit.

I guess Samsung did smth wrong last update and camera motor gone wild

Its actually a software issue, because since s25 ultra has a good ultra wide lens, the phone tries to use that when object is near to the device. Some times the phone get confused about which one to use and then it makes this issues. But with software update i think the switching lens will be stable and fix this issue
