New S25 Ultra unable to create a work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department 😞 Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Interesting! What company portal are you using? We use Microsoft intune and I too am unable to set it up.

Yup. I am also using Intune Company Portal. Such a bummer :-(. My IT Desk say talk to Samsung about S25 since it is working on Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and Samsung says talk to your IT Dept.

I am the IT director for my work, and I cannot connect any of my microsoft apps to my account on this device. It needs to be fixed asap, or I'm going to need to send it back. It repeatedly tells me that the password is incorrect and never does MFA to verify. This is likely a related issue.

I did want to add that I had no issues setting up my work email in the google mail app. It seems to be something between microsoft and this device.

My corporation has a policy that device needs to be enrolled in Intune Company Portal before I can access anything so it becomes an issue since I can't even check my email. The one difference is see the version of Knox on my S24 (3.10) vs S25 (3.11). Not sure that it that plays a part on it.

I contacted my company's IT department but nothing yet. I also tried to contact Samsung. Not sure how to get a hold of Microsoft. The issue might be with them...

I'm also getting an error when logging into Microsoft too through intune. This is going to be a big problem for me if not resolved soon....

I'm the administrator for my organization. Intune admin center isn't showing a failed enrollment. The issue seems to be in the step of creating the work profile.

MFA works as normal when I try to sign in with my regular account. But it fails when creating the work profile.

Well, you could at least access it through outlook.microsoft.com, and turn on notifications. You'd then have access.

Same with my s25 ultra, my company uses g suite, I'm able to create the profile on my s24 ultra without issue, it's only my s25 that doesn't want to play nice

Same issue with s25 Ultra. May be a deal breaker since I also need it for MFA.
