    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup. I am also using Intune Company Portal. Such a bummer :-(. My IT Desk say talk to Samsung about S25 since it is working on &lt;SPAN&gt;Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra &lt;/SPAN&gt;and Samsung says talk to your IT Dept.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It needs to be fixed asap, or I'm going to need to send it back. It repeatedly tells me that the password is incorrect and never does MFA to verify. This is likely a related issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My corporation has a policy that device needs to be enrolled in&amp;nbsp;I&lt;SPAN&gt;ntune Company Portal before I can access anything so it becomes an issue since I can't even check my email. The one difference is see the version of Knox on my S24 (3.10) vs S25 (3.11). Not sure that it that plays a part on it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm the administrator for my organization.&amp;nbsp; Intune admin center isn't showing a failed enrollment.&amp;nbsp; The issue seems to be in the step of creating the work profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MFA works as normal when I try to sign in with my regular account.&amp;nbsp; But it fails when creating the work profile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
