Side button double tap not working

Just got my phone in the mail yesterday and ever since the side button has been having some issues. It works when I hold it down to activate Gemini but no when I double tap to open the camera. I tried everything from resetting, turning off feature and back on but nothing is working.

@DameDashz It's working on my S25U. Have you tried doing the 2 clicks with different timing? Quicker or slower between the clicks.

Yep! I tried everything hopefully I don't have a faulty device. This sucks. Fast, slow, rest, turn off, back on, etc. Nothing I've tried works.

@DameDashz Do you have a case on it? If so, try removing the case to see if it is interfering.

Tried that too. I think I'm gonna get on the phone with Samsung when I get home. Something is definitely not working. It hasn't worked since I took it out of the box. It be different if there was something I did but it's never worked and none of my previous Ultra's had this issue.

Have you checked to see if Double Press is toggled on and set to Camera

Yes that was one of the first things I did. I ended up factory resetting and that fixed the issue. I seriously tried everything possible.

Tried a million things only one that worked was factory reset.
