This was issue with some carriers, thy didn't receive eSIM information from Samsung so eSIM is not available only physical SIM. They are saying that it will not be possible to activate eSIM until after February 6th

Here they just straight up claim no providers in my country support E-SIM, while almost all do... How am I supposed to use my phone SAMSUNG?!?!?

Xfinity still blocking activation

So I bought my s25 ultra straight from Samsung pre-ordered, it came on the 1st and I tried to activate it and I got what everyone else was getting when trying to activate with an esim. I went to the Xfinity store and they said they can't activate it they even told me they thought it was a bootleg s25 ultra and they said that I would have to try again after the official launch date. Then Xfinity released a statement saying that you can activate your s25 ultra so I called customer support and the guy told me that they're not going to activate my phone because Xfinity wants to sell their own phones and that I wouldn't be able to activate my phone for 2 to 3 months. He said they do it deliberately and they did it with that iPhones and they're going to do it with this one too and told me I was out of luck. This is insane. My phone is unlocked and they're refusing to connect it and on top of that when I check for compatibility it says that it's locked on the previous carrier when it's a brand new unlocked phone. Has anyone else had this issue?

No, because they said it's not compatible. Im going to go get a physical sim for this S24 ultra and move it over to the S25 ultra and see if that works. Since I live in Egypt, I have to drive an hour 1 way to the Xfinity store.

Thinking about it, just hate the hassle but Xfinity seems so fourth tier. They're very incapable.
