      <title>S25 Plus Bad Sound Quality</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the s25 plus. I bought it 4 days ago but the sound quality is very disturbing. Especially the notification and call sounds are like they are exploding. It is as if the sounds are coming from a can. This has nothing to do with the equalizer settings. I demand that this be fixed with the first update. Also, there is no bass in the sounds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From what I have read, that is a typical sound effect on the S25 and + models. Try changing the sound levels using the built-in equalizer and play with the differences. Go to Settings/Sounds and vibration/Sound quality and effects/Equalizer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once again, the focus of this forum is peer-to-peer help for U.S. products and services.&amp;nbsp; This is not Samsung support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you do not have a U.S. model phone and you are not in the U.S., you cannot put in an error report/send feedback in this app the way U.S. users can.&amp;nbsp; The only way to get your feedback to the Samsung developers would be to find a forum in your country through the link provided in my previous post.&amp;nbsp; Samsung developers do not react or respond to requests/demands/suggestions posted in the user forums. And, the U.S. developers cannot assist with problems with&amp;nbsp; your hardware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
