the software update on (“ July.19,2025”) since it was launched around that time.

Due this software update I started to experiences issues with my phone as of yesterday as my phone froze while I was on Snapchat and co-op taxi app, also I did a force restart for this issue, however I noticed my chrome app was glitching when I wasn’t connected to Wifi or Data, so I did another restart for this issue too and then today again, As my phone start malfunctioning where I couldn’t have an option to turn of my alarm that I set up to wake me up at certain times in the mornings and in the afternoons, so idk if the software update from (“ July.19,2025”) caused a disruption to my phone system because this shouldn’t be happening as it’s still a new device and I’ve had it since April of 2025.

my phone never had issues before July 19th software update when it was launched, also I’ve always kept up to date with software updates, clear caches on my apps, even do restarts for my phone too and do memory clear, also do optimizing which required in my Samsung as device care.

so yeah the newest update that came out on July 19th caused my phone issues and your right shouldn’t have but it did, sooo explain this to me because there no other software update that caused these issues plus my phone is still new and had it since April 2025.

Did you clear device cache after the update? (This is different from clearing app cache.) Have you read the "best practices after an update" guide? Modern smartphones are mini-computers and require maintenance just like computers.

How do you clear cache after an update? I heard no such thing as I did everything right from what I searched up.

Why can’t you explain it in the comments on how I do it since you’re experienced? I’m not going to read a whole article of best practices because I’m not sure which one to look for that explains ( how to clear cache after a software update) as I’ve never heard of this before accept coming from you which I absolutely appreciate but, it would nice if you gave instructions on what to do thanks .

It's the 2nd thing listed in the guide, which is much shorter than the average tech article. It's not that big a lift.
