Bitmojis not appearing in messages app

Bitmoji's are no longer appearing in my messages app. I have tried all the online solutions, but none of them work. I have an S25 Ultra phone and I think this may be related to the latest samsung update. Can anyone shed any light on this?

You have to enable the bitmoji keyboard in settings

I've done that, and undone and done again, too many times to mention. Don't think that's the problem. They were working several days ago, then yesterday they were gone. Don't know what happened and can't seem to get them back. Tried making them my primary keyboard, but that's a pain. Someone on the board said to change your messages app, but they didn't say what to change it to. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling bitmoji and clear cache on that?

A lot of apps, specifically Facebook will not allow bitmoji. They force you to use their version

I have "fixed" the problem, but is not a very good one. I have a new s25 Ultra. In order to put a bitmoji in my text messages I have to do the following.

After typing my message, depress the + button to the left of my message box. This will bring up a selection of items that i can insert into my message. One of those is "Files". After depressing files, it brings up a choice of files, one of which is Bitmoji. After selecting that, I can insert one into my message.

I don't know what happened to the easy way of doing this, but I think with the last Samsung update, this was one of the side effects.

Gotta love it.😡

My bitmoji is no longer connecting on my Samsung keyboard. I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. It just keeps loading and I have since updated my bitmoji look and it won't show that on the icon either. I'm just baffled. I have the S23

Thanks for this, I am currently having issues using the bitmoji icon to send thru my Samsung keyboard but this helped me figure out a work around

I have Samsung S24 and this solution didn't bring up bitmoji on my phone. Only other stuff which is **bleep**. So frustrating. I hate updates. It was something I used all the time 😔

You have to go into your settings and turn on your snapchat keyboard - it is under general management in your settings - i dont like the snapchat keyboard - but i wanted my bitmoji back

I found the solution and I have S24 and ran into same problem....

Setting>General Mangement> keyboard settings>default keyboard says samsung> make sure suggest pictures is on and click it, make sure bitmoji is is on.

*you may nees to restart your phone.
