      <title>S25 Ultra freezing and restarts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone randomly freezes in different scenarios and then restarts. Sometimes, it happens even when I’m not using it. It just lies on the table, and I see it rebooting. It happens for no apparent reason, at least four times a day. I’ve been using the phone for two days. The automatic restart setting is turned off.After that, a report is created in Samsung Members. I have screenshot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.&lt;BR /&gt;- When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.&lt;BR /&gt;- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;BR /&gt;- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.&lt;BR /&gt;- Press the Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.&lt;BR /&gt;- Press the Power key to restart the device.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got an s25 ultra. Recently I keep having these random reboots. It's quick like it's possibly not a full reboot, but enough where all apps are closed, home screen restarts, and password is required to continue use. Anyone having similar issues? It's frustrating because there appears no pattern causing it. I'm losing calls, and other work in the process. Anyone have this happening? Phone is up to date, not carrier locked or anything like that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can try wiping the device cache partition. It wipes out incompatible or outdated cache information. It does not erase any user data nor applications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To wipe the device cache partition:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Power off your device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. An Android recovery menu will appear.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Click the side key to select it.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5610464"&gt;@LongHiker&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggests does not fix the issue, it is possible something is loose causing a very quick reset to happen. Like something causes static charges or electrical disruptions. I would call Samsung and set up (as fast as possible) to have the phone checked out for some physical issue inside the device. Note that Samsung is likely to request that you reset the device back to factory settings to be sure, so back up everything you want on that device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you tried a wipe cache partition?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Power off your phone, while powered off press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates, let go of buttons. You are now in the bootloader, using power for Yes volume buttons for scrolling, scroll down to wipe cache partition, press power, scroll to Yes, press power, reboot, power.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't solve the problem, back up your device and factory reset.</description>
