    <description>Clearing the memory does not eliminate background processes, ending the processes do. The memory used from those processes is what is stored when the app is activated again for faster load times. My advice is use Battery Guardian over the memory version, it will display what is consuming the post power. Open their properties and set them to restricted. Once closed they cannot run in the background until activated again.</description>
