I'm with T-Mobile and still have not received One Ui 7. My S21 Ultra did. What is going on with the release for Ine UI7 on S24 Ultra unlocked?????? Tmobile said it wasn't their doing. Anyone else having this isuue?

@Daave Were you using a different carrier with the S24 Ultra before T-Mobile?

In phone settings -> About phone, does the model name end in "U"?

It ends in U and I bought it unlocked from Amazon as a pre-owned phone.

@Daave Model names that end in "U" are carrier devices. So it is a carrier unlocked device. It sounds like it does not currently have T-Mobile firmware installed. While you are using a T-Mobile SIM, your device will only look for T-Mobile firmware updates. You should take the device to T-Mobile and ask them to flash T-Mobile firmware onto it.

Just got off the phone with T-Mobile, they said call Samsung. Just got off the phone with Samsung, they said One Ui7 is temporarily held back for the S24 series. So odd that my 4 year old S21 Ultra got the update and not this one.

Probably. I would backup all of your important files. I would recommend doing that periodically anyway.

I know Android 16 is out on pixel devices, but when are samsung devices getting it along with one ui 8? Is it just the beta program or is there an official date?

I'm trying to get the one ui 8 beta program but I don't see a banner to enroll. Is it just my phone cause I'm using a s25+ and it is supported on this phone. So do I need to restart my phone or what do I need to do?!?!?
