I have managed to fix it for some apps but not for others. I have tried the same method and for some it just works!</P><P>I press and hold the app &gt; click on the i &gt; then go to storage &gt; clear cache &gt; clear storage &gt; open the app &gt; log in again.</P><P>If this doesn't work, I log out of the app &gt; repeat the above &gt; delete the app &gt; re-install it &gt; log back in.</P><P>It's really frustrating, some apps this has worked with fine and others it just doesn't work (I can't get it to work on messages, Teams, Eufy Security, Euphy Clean, and a couple of others).</P><P>I hope this helps some and hopefully Samsung provide a fix soon.</P> Tue, 04 Feb 2025 18:01:45 GMT chris_sowiak 2025-02-04T18:01:45Z
