    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the exact same issue. I have managed to fix it for some apps but not for others. I have tried the same method and for some it just works!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I press and hold the app &amp;gt; click on the i &amp;gt; then go to storage &amp;gt; clear cache &amp;gt; clear storage &amp;gt; open the app &amp;gt; log in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work, I log out of the app &amp;gt; repeat the above &amp;gt; delete the app &amp;gt; re-install it &amp;gt; log back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's really frustrating, some apps this has worked with fine and others it just doesn't work (I can't get it to work on messages, Teams, Eufy Security, Euphy Clean, and a couple of others).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps some and hopefully Samsung provide a fix soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
